Social Performance Training

Repsol Libya engaged Plexus to prepare and deliver an in-depth social performance training programme for its Libyan social performance staff. The training included key contractors and staff from its JV partner, Libya NOC. The training programme was commissioned as part of the planned hand-over of responsibility for social performance to NOC and the JV.

Deliverables

The training was prepared and delivered 2019 and involved two one-week training sessions in Tunis. This was followed by virtual follow-on support and mentoring during 2020/2021 as a result of the pandemic. Plexus also prepared a workshop report and supporting training materials following the workshop.

Outcomes

The training was highly successful and helped to build capacity within the social performance team. The training was based on real life experience and was delivered in Arabic and English.
